With more than 28 years working with Japanese multinational corporations and representing Japanese brands in Vietnam — building after-sales service networks, researching new products, training people and shaping brand strategy — Callme’s founder set out to bring high-quality products, services and lasting value to consumers in Vietnam and beyond.

The journey… Kitz Micro Filter – Dileka
In August 2018, Callme became the Vietnam distributor for KITZ Micro Filter — hollow-fibre membrane filtration developed by Kitz Group over more than 40 years — together with Dileka, the negative-ion water treatment range that holds multiple Japanese patents and is used in more than 120 countries.
On 10 October 2018, Callme opened Vietnam’s first experience showroom dedicated to high-technology Japanese drinking-water filtration systems.

In June 2018, after years of successfully building Cleansui in the Vietnamese market, I continued my search for other water filtration technologies from Japan and around the world.
Technology is boundless. Choosing products of real quality, from brands with a trusted reputation, so that we can serve consumers with peace of mind — that is the core principle of CALLME’s founder.
The story of CLEAN, GREAT-TASTING WATER for Mitsubishi Chemical Cleansui took everything I had, from the first days of researching the products to selecting the range and setting the growth strategy for Cleansui in Vietnam. Callme’s founder continues that path with quality brands from Japanese corporations, under a new story — CARING FOR CLEANER WATER for every Vietnamese family — with the conviction that the road ahead should mean something more.

The journey… Kangen – OSG (Enagic)
In early 2019, Callme began studying the Kangen water ioniser range from Enagic (Japan), visiting Enagic’s headquarters in Okinawa and its Osaka factory. Seeing the manufacturing technology and water-quality test results proven around the world brought home the message “Change your water – Change your life”.

In the first days of 2019, as Callme turned one year old, fate brought me once again to high-technology water products from Japan. Following the quality brands above, I had the chance to learn about Enagic’s well-known Kangen water ioniser.
After studying, testing and living with the products, I visited Enagic’s headquarters on Okinawa and its Osaka factory in March 2019. Seeing the production technology and the scale of the company first-hand — and above all the water-quality testing, with real results proven worldwide — I was genuinely convinced by Kangen water.
It made me realise how much it is worth to protect yourself, your family and your community through conscious choices about what you eat and drink every day. Clean water, in particular, is a worry we all share. Enagic’s story — “Change your water – Change your life” — carries that message in full. (Ho Chi Minh City, March 2019)
